Processing Time

Regular in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated transit times:

  • 6–9 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or customs processing. Root & Ritual is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Root & Ritual has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable charges. Customs delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@tryrootandritual.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you either a full replacement or a full refund at your choice.

Please note: Root & Ritual is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address.

  • Pre-sale reservation confirmation (if applicable)
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number
